Donating to Add Your Light Financial donations are essential to the success of this work. To send a cheque, click on "download donation form" to the left and print out a form. Cheques should be written to Add Your Light Charitable Foundation and mailed to Jan Tollefson, at # 1506, 80 Pt. McKay Cres. N.W., Calgary, AB, Canada, T3B 4W4. Tax receipts are issued once a year from Add Your Light. To donate on-line, click on the link to CanadaHelps.org to the left. Your receipt will come from CanadaHelps immediately. American donors cannot use Canadian tax receipts for their IRS returns, but we can provide a receipt if one is required for other purposes. Donations are used for the current projects, as listed in the newsletter, for travel expenses, and our administrative costs. Our home office keeps admin costs low. You can direct us to use your donation for a specific project, or just donate to the general fund, so that we decide where the money is best spent at that point in time. Monthly or quarterly sponsorship evens out the bumps in cash flow for Add Your Light.
